What Our Inspection Covers
A proper roof inspection looks at the whole system rather than the shingles alone. We examine the field for damage and wear, check flashing at every penetration, inspect valleys and ridge lines, look at gutters and downspouts, and assess attic ventilation and any signs of moisture from below.
You receive photographs of anything we find, along with a plain explanation of what it means and how urgent it is.
When to Have Your Roof Inspected
- After a hail or wind event. Damage is frequently invisible from the ground. Bruised shingles and lifted tabs shorten a roof’s life long before they leak.
- Before buying or selling a home. Knowing the roof’s true condition changes the negotiation for either side.
- Once the roof passes fifteen years. Knowing where you stand lets you plan for replacement rather than react to a leak.
- After any interior water stain appears. The sooner the source is traced, the less structure is affected.
Storm Damage and Insurance
If we find storm damage, we document it in the detail an insurance carrier expects. Our team includes a licensed adjuster who works directly with yours, and we can tell you honestly whether what we found is likely to support a claim before you open one.
No Cost, No Obligation
Our inspections are free. There is no charge whether the roof needs work or not, and no pressure if it does. Call or text 330-949-9141 to schedule.
