Alpha Rib
Alpha Rib Panels are produced in Holmesville, Ohio. This panel is a 28 gauge profile. We install 1 by 4 furring strips under the panels to prevent the screws from backing out of the Metal when it expands and contracts throughout the seasons. These panels require the use of ZXL screws. Snow bar is installed on ALL Metal Roof Installations.
Grip-Tex Textured Alpha Rib Panel
This Panel is a 28 Guage .016 steel profile. We install 1 by 4 furring strips under the panels to prevent the screws from backing out of the metal when it expands and contracts throughout the seasons. These panels require the use of ZXL screws. Snow bar is installed on ALL Metal Roof Installations. These panels are great for providing the grip you need while walking on your roof.
Weatherlock 150 Standing Seam
The Weatherlock 150 panel has a 1 1/2″ rib and a built in fastener flange that installs without clips, this provides an easier and quicker installation. It is available in 15″, or 19″ widths and is made using either 24ga or 26ga galvalume substrate. All the trims are made from the same gauge material as the panels, and the trim system is designed so that is can be installed with ease and without any exposed fasteners.
