Meet the owners
Wayne County Roofing From a Family Owned Canton Company
Right Choice Exteriors is owned and run by Kerri Leggett and Dean Ball, and it has been a family owned, veteran owned Canton business since 2014. Kerri brings years of expertise in the roofing and siding industry and a commitment to delivering every job to the highest standard. Dean brings years of hands on construction experience, along with the integrity and discipline he learned in the Marine Corps, and he carries that into every home the company works on. Together with a team that has more than 25 years of combined experience, they built Right Choice on three values: passion, quality and integrity.
Wayne County is a straight run out US 30 from our office on Whipple Avenue SW. It is one straight road from our door to yours, and Wayne County homeowners get the same people and the same follow through as our neighbors in Canton.
When you call, you reach the people who run the company, and the crew on your roof works out of an office you can drive to.

Wind, Open Ground and Agricultural Roofing in Wayne County
Wayne County is heavily agricultural, and open ground means more direct wind loading on homes, barns and outbuildings than in a sheltered city neighborhood. Wind that lifts and creases shingles along ridges and roof edges breaks the seal even when nothing comes off, so we document that damage carefully after every storm.
For barns, pole buildings and shops, metal roofing is often the better fit. We install Alpha Rib, Grip-Tex and Weatherlock 150 panels, with the Alpha Rib rolled just next door in Holmesville, and every metal roof we install is furred out and fitted with a snow bar.
Storm Damage Roof Inspections in Wayne County
A storm crossing open Wayne County ground can damage the house and every outbuilding on the property at once. We inspect each structure, photograph every finding to the HAAG standard before anything is covered, and tell you plainly whether the damage looks like it would support an insurance claim.

Common questions
Questions From Wayne County Property Owners
Do you handle agricultural buildings as well as houses?
Yes. Metal roofing on barns, shops, and equipment buildings is regular work for us. The systems and fastening methods differ from residential shingle work, so tell us what the building is when you call.
Is wind damage treated differently from hail?
They present differently on a roof. Wind lifts and creases shingles, often along ridges and edges, while hail leaves impact bruising across the field. Both can support an insurance claim, and both are easy to miss from the ground.
How far into Wayne County do you go?
We regularly work Wooster and the surrounding area. Further west the drive starts affecting scheduling, so call and give us the address. If we cannot serve it properly we would rather say so up front.
